Supplys Needed
Scrap Kit & Tube Bundle: Marina
you can purchase them here at Roman Zarics Store
Mask 147 by vix you can find it Here
and a font of choice



open up a new imag 600 x 600

open up paper 9 and resize it to 600 x 600

copy paper 9 and paste it as a new layer

Layers - Load/save mask - Load mask from disk i used Vix_Mask147

Adjust - Add Noise - Add/remove noise

open up Fence copy and paste it as a new layer and move it down to just above the bottem of the mask

open up Grass copy and paste it as new layer then move it so its over the fence

open up lady bugs copy and paste it as a new layer then resize it by 80% 2 times

open up star scatter copy and paste it as a new layer then move it so it covers most of the grass layer

open up flags copy and paste it as a new layer then move them up to the top of the tag

open up clouds copy and paste it as a new layer 

open up tree copy and paste it as a new layer mirror it then resize it by 80% twice then move it to the bottem right of your tag

add your tube of choice, resize it to what your happy with and place it so she looks like shes sitting on the grass

then add your ©'s and your name

file save as

and your done
